Charleston Bistro started with a simple idea: Lake Charles deserved a place that felt as vibrant as the city itself — a spot where the morning coffee ritual and the evening cocktail hour exist in the same warm room.
Located at 900 Ryan Street, we've created a space that honors the spirit of Southwest Louisiana. Our café serves hand-poured coffees and fresh bites by day; by night, the same room transforms into a cocktail lounge with live music, craft drinks, and a energy you won't find anywhere else in the 337.
